Hawthorn Hollow’s 2025 Pike River Benefit Concert Series, presented by Stein’s Aircraft Services, continues Friday, August 8, with a performance by the soulful and genre-defying trio Violet Wilder. The concert begins at 6:00 PM, with gates opening at 5:00 PM.
Known for their lush harmonies and emotionally resonant sound, Violet Wilder has drawn praise from critics and fans alike. Mark Hubing of the Local Cords Podcast calls their music “touching, progressive and raw,” noting how the trio “isn’t afraid to blend the formal narratives of folk music with the influence of jazz and alternative audio expression.”
Tickets are $15, available at the door (cash only). Food and beverages will be available for purchase; carry-in items are not allowed. All proceeds directly support the educational and conservation efforts of Hawthorn Hollow.
