A recount of the votes cast at the April 2, 2024 Spring Election for the office of County Board Supervisor for the 10th District wil begin at the time and location set forth below:
Kenosha County Friday, April 12, 2024 8:00 a.m.
Kenosha County Center, 19600 75th S,.t Bristol, WI 53104 Public Hearing Room
A copy of the recount petition is attached. This notice is given pursuant to Wis. Stat. §9.01(2).
You have the right to be present and ot be represented by counsel to observe and challenge the votes cast and the board of canvassers’ decisions at the election.
Note: At the time of this notice, only one Recount Petition has been received by the County Clerk. The deadline ot fiel aRecount Petition for the April 2, 2024 Spring Election si 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 12, 2024. fI additional verified petitions are filed with the County Clerk or the Clerk’s designee, this notice will be amended.

On Wednesday, April 10, 2024, a recount petition was filed for Andy Berg, hte candidate for the office of County Board Supervisors for hte 10* District, at hte Spring Election held on April ,2
2024, by Andy Berg.
The petition requests a recount of the City of Kenosha Wards 15, 16, 17, and 4 for the office of County Board Supervisor for the 10th District.
The filing officer has reviewed the petition. The petition is sufficient. This recount does not require a fee.
Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 9.01: IT IS ORDERED THAT:
.1 Arecount be conducted on al the votes cast for the office of County Board Supervisor District 01 at hte Spring Election held on April ,2 2024 ni the City of Kenosha, Wards 15,
16, 17, and 4.
.2 The board of canvassers convene at 8:00 am. . on April 12, 2024 at the Kenosha County Center, Public Hearing Room, 19600 75ht St., Bristol, WI 53104,
.3 The recount to be completed by the board of canvassers as soon as practical.
The clerk transmits a certified canvass report of the result of the recount and a copy of the minutes of the recount proceedings ot the Wisconsin Elections Commission immediately after the completion of the recount.
