The Lakeshore Business Improvement District, in collaboration with Ktown Connects Podcast and Sallese & Co., invites community members to take part in the September Go Downtown Kenosha Clean-Up. Together, volunteers will help keep our downtown welcoming, clean, and vibrant.
Event Details
• Date: Saturday, September 13
• Location: Sallese & Co. (709 56th Street)
• Check-In: 8:30 AM – Coffee, treats, and registration
• Clean-Up Time: 9:00 – 10:00 AM

All supplies will be provided, including gloves, garbage pickers, and bags. Volunteers must be 18 or older, or accompanied by an adult who will remain for the entire event.
As a thank-you, participants will enjoy coffee, treats, and goodie bags, plus be entered into a raffle for a gift basket featuring Kenosha merchandise and local gift cards. Volunteers will also have chances to win free food and drink tickets for Franks Diner’s 99th Anniversary Block Party, taking place later that day from 12–7 PM.
Looking Ahead: The next Downtown Clean-Up will be held on Saturday, October 11 at Blue House Books from 9:30–11:00 AM.
Advance registration is encouraged to help us plan for snacks and supplies.
