Introducing The HayMarket: A New Summer Tradition Launches in Downtown Racine

The Downtown Racine Corporation is proud to unveil The HayMarket, an exciting new night market series debuting on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in Monument Square. This event promises a vibrant blend of local shopping, live music, delicious food, and family-friendly fun in the heart of downtown.

Taking place every other Thursday from May 29 through August 21, The HayMarket is designed to celebrate Racine’s creative spirit and community connection. With over 30 vendors participating, guests can browse a wide selection of fresh produce, handcrafted goods, and specialty foods, all while enjoying a festive outdoor atmosphere.

Highlighted vendors include:

• Don Arepas Café LLC

• Annie’s Country Pantry

• Cassandra’s Homemade Goods

• Happy Times Barbecue

• Healed Hands Bakery

• Kool Cones

• Ed’s Taste of Soul

• Pedro’s Authentic Mexican Cuisine

• Alter Metal Recycling

…and many more, showcasing the best of Southeastern Wisconsin’s makers and culinary talents.

The HayMarket also features live acoustic performances from local musicians to enhance the experience:

In addition to vendors and music, attendees can relax in the beer garden, grab a bite from food trucks, and enjoy the welcoming downtown energy that makes Racine a destination for all ages.
