Captain Mike’s Beer and Burger Bar’s food truck, The Galley, will once again offer a FREE Thanksgiving dinner to anyone seeking a warm meal on Thanksgiving Day. This year’s Galley Giving event will be held in Library Park, located at 6039 Eighth Avenue in Downtown Kenosha, on November 28th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The dinner will include a delicious turkey, creamy mashed potatoes, savory gravy, crisp green beans, Captain’s Mac-N-Cheese, and a warm dinner roll. Elsie Mae’s will generously donate pies, while Laura Stoner from Oliver’s Bakery will contribute pumpkin pies. Additionally, a few volunteers will be providing drinks.
As part of their holiday tradition, the owners of Captain Mike’s Beer and Burger Bar, Jeanette and Michael Kelly, will personally serve the hot meals.
