Hospice Alliance Hosts “Planting Memories” Event for Children and Teens Experiencing Loss

Hospice Alliance is pleased to announce “Planting Memories,” a special event designed for children and teenagers who have experienced loss. This heartwarming event will take place on Thursday, August 15, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at the Hospice Alliance Garden, located at 10220 Prairie Ridge Blvd, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158.

 

Event Highlights:

 

 • What: “Planting Memories” offers a variety of activities and refreshments. Attendees will have the opportunity to decorate a terra cotta pot and plant a flower to take home in memory of their loved ones.

 • Who: Open to any child or teen who has experienced loss.

 • When: Thursday, August 15, 5:30 – 6:30 PM

 • Where: Hospice Alliance Garden, 10220 Prairie Ridge Blvd, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

 • Why: Hospice Alliance recognizes the unique challenges that children and teens face when coping with loss. This event provides a supportive and enjoyable environment for young individuals to express their feelings and honor the memories of their loved ones.
