EQUINOX botanical boutique is proud to announce the addition of another botanical based product line. Beginning in mid March, a carefully curated collection of imported wines will be available by the bottle and by the case in the shop. Events centered around the wines paired with pastas and other urban-farming ingredients will be offered, as well as tasting events.
Primarily sourcing from farms in Europe, the wines will be from woman-owned vineyards, women winemakers, venues with sustainably grown practices, or brands with truly unique stories driving their business. Prices of wines will average around $20, making them very accessible.
Dave Ramey, a regional musician, has been named the wine consultant at EQUINOX. He will focus on teaching patrons how to select, pair, and drink wine in an unpretentious atmosphere, with celebrations of life, stories and seasons in mind.
This June will mark four years since EQUINOX transitioned from body and soul wellness to a focus on botanical products and supplies. The shop offers botanical based organic skin care products; tropical houseplants, seasonal herb and vegetable plants; and the plant-based Pappardelle’s pastas. There is no shortage of the perfect gift for you and your loved ones. The addition of wine is a natural next step in creating whole-self botanical lifestyles.
“At EQUINOX, we have always taken great pride in evolving our customer experiences,” shares Maria Caravati, Co-Owner of EQUINOX botanical boutique. “We continue to create unique products and as always, are passionate about providing a relaxing and fun atmosphere. Announcing our newest product line gives me great joy. The hope is to enhance and complement our product line, as wine is a product of farmers much like our plants, pastas, and organic skincare line. We’re so excited to share this experience with you.”
The wine selection will be available beginning Tuesday, March 15, with an Open House to highlight the Vernal Equinox and product launch on Monday March 20 from 2 to 7 p.m. The open house will feature wine tastings from 5 to 7 p.m., along with music, garden chats, raffles and more.
